We live in a world where days slip by without us realizing it. Mornings, coffee, work, traffic, phone calls, notifications, plans. And at the end, a long sigh: another day has passed.
But we, two couples bonded by friendship and a love of nature, said stop. We promised each other that we would not get caught up in this constant running around, that we would always find time for ourselves, for peace, for freedom.
At first, it was just a weekend getaway. An escape from the city, a breath of fresh air. Then, slowly, it became a way of life. We realized that the mountains are not just a place you go to relax, but a place that reminds you of who you are. That there is nothing more authentic than the fire crackling in the evening, with stories told between good friends, away from any artificial noise.
And still there, on the peaks at the edge of the forest, the question arose, "What would it be like to have a place all to ourselves? Somewhere we can come back to again and again, where we can feel at home, but without losing touch with nature?"
Kubbio was born. Not from a business plan or a spur of the moment idea, but from a real need. We wanted something simple, beautiful, integrated with nature. A cottage that would not steal the charm of the place, but would sit there naturally, as if it had always been part of the landscape.
Kubbio is not just a shelter. It's where time slows down. Where coffee tastes like a real morning, where silence is not boring, but full of meaning. It's the promise that everyone can have their own little corner of the world to return to whenever they feel the hustle and bustle is becoming too much.

We'll design your tiny house just the way you like it. We will begin by providing you with plans for the architecture and electricity, but please note that this service will incur a fee. Once the fee is accepted, we will provide you with images showcasing the final design of your tiny house. When you are satisfied with the design, construction will commence.
Once we've finalized all aspects of your project and reached a consensus on the concept, you'll be provided with the purchase contract for your review and signature. Upon signing, you'll initiate the 50% advance payment, and we'll commence the production of your house.
You have the option to choose between concrete cladding, anchored pillars, or concrete slabs (for single modules) based on your preferences. Additionally, at this stage, it's important to consider utility connections. We provide both the architectural plan and plans for electrical and sanitary installations.
We start building your tiny house based on your desire. During this process, you'll receive regular updates on your project through photos and videos.
Within a maximum of 3 months(based on the complexity) after signing the contract, we'll arrive at your doorstep ready to deliver and install your project. At this stage, the remaining payment is required.
We hand over the house, providing all the documentation and quality certificates.Our 5-year warranty guarantees your peace of mind as you move in and start living in your tiny house. Even after the warranty period, we won't leave you behind. We offer an optional maintenance service to ensure your tiny living experience remains hassle-free.
